What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT® ) is a powerful therapeutic approach that combines proven techniques from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices to create meaningful, lasting change.
RTT® works by helping you uncover the subconscious beliefs, habits, emotions, and behavioural patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Many of these patterns are formed early in life and continue to influence the way you think, feel, and respond—often without you even realising it.
By identifying the root cause of these limiting beliefs, RTT® helps you reframe outdated patterns and replace them with more positive, empowering ones. This process allows you to quiet negative self-talk, build greater self-belief, and move forward with renewed confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, RTT® aims to address the underlying cause, helping you create lasting transformation and live a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and free.

My transformation has been steady and sustainable. I am now proudly smoke-free, and I truly believe RTT with Nikki has been life-changing.
Nikki was an absolute joy to work with. From our very first session, I felt completely safe, understood, and supported.
I can’t recommend her highly enough. Becoming smoke-free has given me back my freedom, my health, and a renewed sense of respect for myself.
